Bengals getting Sapp?

That's the rumor at the moment. Some Browns fans claim this is an indication that the Bengals are now legit, but that's an overstatement. It could very well turn out to be a wasted contract as Sapp is not the dominant force his reputation suggests (if he ever was). If the Bengals are getting rid of Dillon, one wonders why they are so eager to replace him with Sapp.
